Ming Wah Logistics provides various services to meet your needs. We have the manpower and the vehicles to help you deliver your products to your customers on time with great satisfaction. In addition, we can provide services to ease your company's resources and handle some of the tasks for you in a convenient and efficient manner.

• Trucking services: We have vehicles of various sizes to fit different kinds of products your company may have, including 16 tonnes, 7 tonnes, and 5.5 tonnes trucks with sealed storage, 10 tonnes cooling trucks, and minivans.
   
• Order tracking services: Ming Wah's delivery bills are available upon request. By using these delivery bills, we can provide tracking services to you, so you and your customers can check the delivery status of the orders online anytime.
   
• Mailroom / reception services: We provide staff for your reception area(s) and save your time on human resources. Our staff is capable of handling incoming call redirection, internal mail delivery and routing, and all other receptionist's duties.
   
• Customer services: We provide staff for your customer hotlines and counter repair services. We can be the frontline support of your company and manage maintenance services, handle questions, and complaints from customers, as well as provide logistics services for your engineers on call and collection/delivery services for repair goods.
   
• Data entry services: We provide data entry service for your in-house keeping.
   
• Machine assembly services: For larger goods, including electronic, computer and medical appliances, we are able to provide on-site machine assembly service for you and your customers.
   
• Local relocation services: We provide door-to-door relocation services within Hong Kong.
   
• Warehouse storage services: We have warehouse storage capabilities for your goods in secured facilities - overnight, short-term and long-term storage are available.
   
• Secure packaging services: For all the goods we deliver, we provide a complimentary packaging service to fully secure your goods from being damaged during the transporting period.
